Out of conviction and in the interests of our precious freight - namely you, your family, business friends and partners as well as our crews - we subject ourselves to the complex AOC procedure. This includes the strict check of the maintenance and operating time of our aircraft. And our pilots are also “perfectly maintained” – they fulfil the highest requirements and are only allowed to fly in the AOC until the age of 65. Rest times, permanent medical supervision, permanent training and emergency training, regular special training such as first aid / fire fighting, etc., additional compulsory extra training such as MCC (Multi Crew Cooperation)... these are our additional qualifications, which a “normal” professional pilot need not fulfil. All this under constant, complete monitoring by the legislator. As you can see, we take these matters as seriously as a large airline. You can thus board our planes without any concerns. Because you will simply not find safer. 

Warning: Don’t let yourself be fooled when choosing your flight provider – by wording such as “transport for own account”, “private charter” or “Munich model”.

Because all these designations serve only to conceal the fact that the company in question does not have an AOC. Only an AOC business transports you legally and offers you safety at airline level. If in doubt, ask the company chosen by you for their AOC number or call the LBA in Braunschweig or the citizen service centre directly on 0531/2355-115. They will inform you about the “black sheep” of the industry. By the way, if you ask them about JETFLEET, you will find out that we fly exclusively under the AOC of WINDROSE AIR Jetcharter GmbH and that we consistently fulfil all the conditions.
