Yes, there are toilets on board all our jets.

This is dependent on the aircraft type – however, compared to normal airlines, you can take considerably more pieces of luggage with you. There is even space for your skis or your golf equipment in our aircraft. All without a surcharge, of course.

Pets are generally no problem. However, they should either sit in a travel cage or be on a leash to rule out a search expedition in the cockpit. 

Should customs processing be necessary, such as for flights from or to Switzerland, we take care of all the requirements. Even at smaller airports, we ensure that customs are available and on site. You only need to have your passport with you.

That depends on the route and thus also on the flight duration. If, for example, a family of four from Augsburg books a cruise from Rostock, they can fly more cheaply with JETFLEET directly from Augsburg to Rostock than if they booked the trip including four business class plane tickets from Munich to Hamburg (the two nearest airports served by the airlines). With the Pilatus PC12, it would be EUR 5,800 + VAT for the whole family.  There are no hidden costs here – crew, airport fees, airway fees and catering are included in the price. 

You can either drive directly to the hangar with your own car or use our shuttle service.

Yes, we disinfect our planes completely after each flight. In addition, clean and fresh air is fed in at all times during the flight. This system does not differ from the climate systems of the “large” aircraft.
